My work is integrative, which means I tailor the modality to suit your presenting issues and goals. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches.
Depending on what you bring, we may focus on practical tools for anxiety, mood and everyday functioning, or explore deeper patterns shaped by past experiences and relationships. We work at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Mind and body are connected. Physical symptoms can influence what you think, how you feel and what you do, so we take a holistic view of your wellbeing.
I offer a free initial assessment and rapport-building conversation before the first session. Around the sixth session, I often invite feedback so we can review progress and adjust the work to best support you.
